Spacious condo in a convenient location close to downtown restaurants and shops. Having a king BR and a 2 Queen BR was perfect for our family of four with two teens, along with two bathrooms. Well-stocked kitchen, pool towels, games, etc. Parking with an assigned spot, but you could easily find a second unassigned spot if needed. Nice pools and a hot tub that our boys greatly appreciated. Jason was very responsive and helped in any way we needed. Would definitely stay again!

Derek’s Airbnb was exactly what we hoped for! Fit all 4 of us perfectly! Super walkable, with two great pools and a hot tub. The property’s fruit trees and grounds are beautifully maintained, and garbage/recycling and basic run of the house was easy and straightforward.
We loved how fully stocked the Airbnb was also, the kitchen had everything we needed. The style of this sweet accommodation was so fun and welcoming. We’d absolutely stay here again. THX Derek for be a great host! ~ J & family

Had a wonderful stay at Jason's condo! The location is fabulous and within a short walking distance to downtown for shopping and restaurants. Close proximity to the Marilyn Monroe Hiking trail which was awesome for morning hikes. The condo is well taken care of and has everything that is needed. Jason is a great host and highly recommend his condo!

We absolutely loved our stay in Palm Springs. We were a quick walk to downtown, there was a private parking lot for the gated community so we felt very safe, the Airbnb was exactly as described and very comfortable. It was the perfect spot for us with our baby girl and the in unit high chair was such an amazing perk! We went to cheekys (as recommended in Jason’s guide) for brunch on our last day and were so sad we waited so long to go - highly recommend checking it out!!!

This place far exceeded my expectations of a desert vacation and was more like a Hollywood escape walking distance from everything casino luxury spa pools park i walked and had the best time. Hawks rabbits and roadrunners
just what I love nature oh yeah the fruit trees a nice touch also.💯🥰

This was our 3rd stay at Jason's place. We love the location and all the conveniences. The pool is right outside the condo. I love the lime trees, orange trees and the grapefruit trees. I choose to come in fall so I can enjoy the fruits of the trees. The place is quiet and peaceful. Very clean. Beautiful views of the mountains.

We really enjoyed staying at this condo, and we especially loved the concrete floors. It kept the place cool and clean. The furniture was great and there was tons of kitchen stuff. Also, plenty of towels, pillows and linens.

Loved our stay here. Apartment was just as described, lots of room for a family of 4. As we were here during ‘quiet’ season had the communal pool to ourselves most days. So easy to pop back to apartment from room when needed. Spotlessly clean. Easy to park. Close to main part of Palm Springs, can walk when heat is not too much! Would definitely use again if I come back to Palm Springs one day

This was my second time staying here. It’s the best Airbnb I have stayed at hands down. It has everything you need. The host has thought about everything. We will continue to come back year after year!

My small family and our two dogs loved our stay at Jason’s place. The location was perfect for us - we could walk most places; groceries were a short drive - and the condo was in pristine condition and the decor was retro mid century mod and super cute. We love Palm Springs and usually stay at a hotel but we will book here again next time for sure!
