The location of the condo can’t be beat. Easily walked wherever we wanted to go in Palm Springs. Condo itself had everything we needed: Comfortable beds, well-stocked kitchen, pool towels and tennis rackets. One of the pools right outside the unit. Thanks Jason. Pretty great!

Beautiful listing with an excellent host! D&J are great communicators and made the entire process seamless and welcoming. This location is a prime spot; central location to downtown Palm Springs with lots to in the surrounding area. Great amenities and excellent taste in decor. 10/10 would recommend to a friend, and I hope to visit again soon! 🌟🌴

This was the perfect vacation condo for our family of four. Our 9+12 yo kids were in the pool every day (usually multiple times). The interior space is nicely appointed and just the right size. Downtown is super close by. Derek was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely stay here again, without question.

We had the best time at Derek’s condo. So beautiful and peaceful. This is the quietest place we’ve ever stayed in and the place is so clean and pretty. The inside is perfect with many amenities to feel comfortable and at home. Beds are very comfortable. We cooked many meals and the kitchen is well equipped and really nice pots and pans too. The condo is in such a quiet perfect spot but close to everything while we attended the Palm Springs Film fest. We walked to numerous movie theaters, restaurants, and shopping. The pool and jacuzzi are very nice and warm too. Can’t say enough about this place except we will be back again soon. Thank you so much😊💜

Great location and convenient to all downtown activities. The grounds were very well kept up and the unit was clean and well stocked. A suprisingly quiet and relaxing environment. Will be back for sure.

We really enjoyed our stay in Derek's Boho Chic condo. He was a responsive host and provided helpful information. The condo was clean, comfortable, quiet and walkable to downtown. The pool areas were all great. We highly recommend this condo for your Palm Springs get-away.

This was my fourth week at Jason‘s place the past few years. Each time stay here I am impressed with everything about the condo and the community. There’s so much to do with walking distance, I don’t even drive my car once I park it. Jason is responsive and keeps the condo immaculate.

Hard to add anything new to whats already been said. The property grounds are beautifully maintained, quiet, and cheerful. There are even lemon, lime and orange trees! the condo was extremely quiet and I felt very safe there. My 1st time staying in a condo instead of a hotel. I loved having a kitchen and laundry facilities. Walking distance to a casino; restaurants and shops. 8 minute drive to the airport!

We had a great time staying here. It’s perfectly located within walking distance to downtown and a multitude of restaurants. The condo is very clean and the property and pools are extremely well maintained. We will definitely book here again.
